Without a method, every marble job is a gamble
The traditional marble worker shows you a rough slab or a photo on WhatsApp and asks you to choose. Then they cut, and whatever comes out… comes out. If they get it wrong, it's the fitter's fault. If the fitter gets it wrong, it's the supplier's fault. And you're left with the problem at home.
We work the opposite way. Every phase has its green light: you don't move to the next one until the previous one is resolved. That's how the result stops depending on luck and starts depending on the method.
PRO2 is our working method of linked steps: the "scientific" way in which we calculate the time and the quality of the finished work. Every Marmi Bleve project passes through it, from the first to the last.
The five guarantees that take the risk off you
The slab, seen and signed before it's cut
The sample is never the final slab: tone, veining and reflections change. That's why you come to the workshop, see the real slab in its actual finish and the right light, and sign it before it's cut. What you sign is exactly what will enter your home. The end of «I pictured it differently».
Installation by a specialised in-house team
This is the pillar the others rest on, and it's the one almost nobody has. Installation is the hard part of the trade — walls out of square, screeds that haven't cured, other trades in a hurry — and the traditional marble shop avoids it: it sells you the marble and leaves the fitting to you, or hands it to someone it knows. Our team has been in-house since 2021, trained as marble workers: they fit without damage and finish on site as in the workshop. Whoever supplies also installs: one person responsible, from start to finish. No buck-passing, no one to argue with.
Digital survey and 3D design
We measure with a laser scanner, to a tenth of a millimetre, and draw the design on the computer before cutting. No improvising, no «by eye»: the piece is born already made to measure for your real space.
Timeline and delivery date in writing
The traditional marble worker stays vague on timing: «sometime later…», «after the holidays…». This is where PRO2 was born: we calculate the timeline phase by phase and put the delivery date in black and white, in the contract. You know when it starts and when it finishes — and if something unexpected shifts a date, you're the one who hears it first, with a phone call.
Written «Satisfied or Remade» guarantee

The team is ours — everything else follows from that. Because we control who installs, we can calculate the schedule. Because we calculate the schedule, we write the delivery date into the contract. Because we answer for the finished job and not only for the material, we can sign «Satisfied or Remade». A marble shop that subcontracts installation doesn't have that chain: it can promise you a start, not a finish.

Fabrication
CNC cutting and finishes carried out in the workshop, with obsessive attention to detail.
Chemical treatments
Water- and oil-repellents and protective treatments chosen by an expert — trained with Faber's chemists, not hardware-shop stuff — to protect the marble over time.
Timeline put in writing
No dates to chase: we calculate the timing with the method and put it in black and white. If anything could delay it, we tell you first.
Installation by our in-house team
A clean, precise fit, without a dusty building site. The same team that worked the marble installs it.
Final inspection + guarantee
We check the look and the installation together. If you're not satisfied, we step in: Satisfied or Remade.
Your space, measured to a tenth of a millimetre
Before we touch the marble we bring the 3D laser scanner to the site and survey the real space: out-of-square walls, level changes, niches. To a tenth of a millimetre, not «by eye».
Then the design is born on the computer. So the piece arrives already made to measure for your home, without improvised adjustments on site. This is where «I pictured it differently» is defused — before the cut is even made.
Slow at the start = quality at the end
In complex projects the study phase is the longest, and the one where «nothing seems to be happening». It's also the most important: once all the green lights are in, production becomes fast and errors collapse.
Every time someone tries to save time by cutting the study phase, errors, re-dos and dissatisfaction all go up. That's why we take the start seriously: that's where it's decided whether you'll say «I pictured it differently» or not.
